Grow together.
So much about what we learn about ourselves and our bodies comes through sharing experiences with our friends and family - and that’s only if we are lucky.
Taboo topics such as menstruation, sexuality, and health are not given a platform for discussion with beings outside of our close-knit circle. We are not taught how to tap into our body's innate wisdom, or how to get to know ourselves, our minds, and our body’s natural cues.
Through The SELF+ Collective, we create spaces so that everyone has the opportunity to learn more about themselves, their bodies, and their community.

We create safe spaces to explore yourself and your sexuality. We embrace an open and tolerant attitude towards sex and sexuality.
Leave your judgment and shame at the door, everyone and anyone is welcome here.

We are on a mission to empower everyone with the tools for self-awareness. There is no greater power than knowing yourself.
Through science-backed and heart-centered education, we empower all players to share their stories and advocate for themselves and their needs and desires.

Love comes first. We meet everyone from a place of loving-kindness and compassion, and embrace love as a way of living.
Let love and compassion flood your being.
-
Don’t be afraid to play around, to take your time, or to change your answers. There is no right or wrong when it comes to your body and yourself.
Know that you have the power to explore, discover, and be as expansive as you’d like.
-
We don’t abide by binaries. We recognize and embrace all possibilities of gender identity, expression, sexuality, and experience.

The Founder
Laia is a neuroscientist by training with a passion for sexual health and women’s health.
Laia was driven by her own self-discovery journey: by getting to know her own mind, body, and spirit. Her desire to learn more about her own body and what womanhood meant to her inspired her to co-create The Women’s Collective. As she explored her own queerness, Laia also reached out to the Amsterdam-based organization, LezLinkUp, to create The Queer Collective.
